Gus Johnson has broken off talks with CBS and have become a free agent and he is working on a deal with Fox to do College football for Fox as they have just gained Pac 12 college football and he could also do NFL games as he has done NFL games ever since 1998. He is amazing announcer and when he gets a big finish to a game which happens quite a lot he gets totally excited about what is happening and he blows the speakers out of my TV so it is a good thing for Fox if they can get a deal done and will leave a gapping hole at CBS. If he does not get a deal done with FOX then a group like ABC and ESPN will come in and give him a great deal and a huge spot light like being apart of ESPN's Monday Night Football along with ABC's NBA coverage like Sunday afternoon Basketball and he could also do ESPN's college football.
However gets Guy Johnson will be getting a great announcer who will bring life to as much of the companies live sports action as he is very knowledgeable about lots of sports as he is doing Manny Pacquiao Vs Shawn Mosley this Saturday on PPV, Has done US Open golf in his announcing career, of course he has done March Madness for CBS for years and years along with NFL football. Gus Johnson will be a very rich, rich man no matter who signs the biggest free agent in sports announcing in years and will be making very close to what the top announcers in any sport are making.
U go get them Gus Johnson
