ufc has been sold
UFC has been sold for 4 billions at the height of their mark ability as just had there biggest ppv (ufc 200).
Dana White will still be the face of the promotion like it or not and the Fertitta brothers will still be apart the company as minority partners.
The new owners are talent group WME-IMG and private partners Silver Lake, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, and investment group of billionaire Michael S. Dell. So there will be a lot more cooks in the kitchen so it very interesting if any of them bump heads with each other or even White.
There are huge events still to come with Conor Nate Diaz will happen at UFC 202 while CM Punk (if can stay healthy) will have his UFC @ UFC 203 Vs Mickey Gall . These could be huge buys while they will be getting a huge gate as they finally can perform for the first time in NYC in November @ UFC 205.
It is also going to be tough for the new owners as they no longer have the unbeatable camps like Ronda Rousey because since she lost nobody has been able to retain the title. Anderson silva and Jon Jones are not as unbeatable as they used to be as they been caught with banned substances in their systems.
So others problems that could hurt the company is the thing about the card having to constantly changing because positives drug test leading into fights leading to matches cancelled. Fighters getting injured during training and having musical chair i.e. this guy over here now fighting this guy over there and that guy now facing this guy. Also it is harder but safer for guys to cut weight and miss weight because they are no longer to use fat burners like Jonny Hendricks @ ufc 200.
In the end Fertitta brothers and to a much lesser extent Dana are laughing all the way to the bank turning 2 million into 4 BILLION DOLLARS.
UFC will never be the same

Christina Grimmie you will be missed
Saturday afternoon when I woke up and found out that the lovely and talented Christina Grimmie had pasted away I was in shock and when I found out how my day stopped before it began. I could believe that something like that could happen and really just spent listening to her music and what youtubers were thinking and saying about her as that is where it all began for her and where I was lucky enough to find her and being able to listen to her along with other youtubers was nice. Just how happy she was and how see connected with her supporters and loved singing songs requested by her supporters and just how see could hit those high notes.
Then to turn into the first episode of season 6 of the voice and she was the auction of the season and she was able to ride the wave along with #teamGrimme all the way to the final 3 and then getting to see her sing live on the voice tour. Having her comeback and sing during season 7 and having her comeback as a fashion consultant in season 8 and 9 and just waited for her to reappear in season 10 and it just did not happen.
I decided one summer to go see Selina Gomez in concert the lighting was horrible but it was super amazing being able too see Christina open up her Gomez with her hair cover her right of her face in that trademark Christina was.
It hurts a lot to know that her brother was able to take down the gunman so he did not hurt anybody else but was not able to foil his plan and save his sister's life. Also to think that Christina was opening up for a local at a small club of 60 to 100 fans and all she was doing was signing a couple autographs maybe selling a couple of CDs maybe even a couple T's not knowing that would the last thing she would in 22+ years on this plant.
It truly sucked that was had so much trouble with the record label she signed with after the voice as she was not able to release music mainstream and was dropped after a year of fighting with them over the direct she should of song. Most artists would just do what the label wanted and I just wonder if things would of been different if she had decided to go Adam's label maybe things would been different.
My heart goes out also to the 50 killed sunday morning what a rotten weekend Orlando

the best major league sport for athletes getting their money
Major League baseball is the best sport for athletes to get their money as they can get as much money as possibly can get out of an owner. There is no limit on years or salary and contracts are guaranteed and players who have been in the majors for 10 years and 5 with the same team they can give a list of team they can traded to. If u are still not on a team 40-man roster after 3 or 4 seasons after they sign their first contract they can be picked up in the rule 5 draft and put on the 40-man roster for the team that pick them up and maybe have a chance to make the major league. The teams can spend as much as want like the Dodgers who have been around 200 million and all they have to send a nice cheque to the league. The money is distributed 50% to player benefits, 25% to benefits baseball in counties that have no high school baseball, 25% to a industry growth foundation. The Dodgers went 43.6 million over 189 million dollar payroll in 2015 and the Yankees have paid over 82% of all luxury tax since 2003. Zack Greinke signed a 6-year deal for 206 million with Arizona Diamondbacks and A-Rod signed a 10 year/250 million dollar deal with the Texas Rangers and must of that is guaranteed money.
The second best is the NBA because they also have guaranteed contracts with No.1 guy on a team can make really good money like LeBron James and Kevin Durant will make huge bucks like 31 millions in July 2016 as they can get 30% f the projected 97.2 million salary cap . So the NBA have 12-14 men team with the top 5 or 6 players making a good money and could be as many 8 or 9 players. The 2014-15 salary cap was 63 million with going over the cap with resigning their on players and they veteran player exception which is a million dollars on an one year deal. It is a very soft cap that is how Brooklyn nets went over the cap by 90 million and team like the Miami Heat could bring in LeBron and Bosh as they sign their contracts before Dwayne Wade did. The Miami Heat learned their lesson because in the summer of 1996 Juwan Howard agreed to 6 year/101 million the heat but problem was Alonzo Mourning resigned on paper before Howard signed and the NBA made him a free agent and he resign with the Wizards (Bullets) for 7/105.
Have a great day
