Kane and Orton was first and it went everywhere including the crowd and they finally found the back stage area where the camera man fell over and u could see his shoes and later in the back they had Ryder atatack Kane dor really no effect and the match ended in the ring with a RKO on a chair for Orton's win.
Brodus Clay vs Dolph Ziggler qas the first of two added matches
Brodus was booed horribly and Ziggler was way over and Brodus won the match and was booed out of the build which is seriously the first time he was strongly booed and it maybe a set back for the funkasoaur but hopefully it will get Ziggler away from Vicki and get him on a better road for success.
Then came the funniest ending of a match was Big Show vs Cody Rhoades when Big Show was on the apron and was kicked by Rhoades and Big Show foot went down and went through a table and the match was over and Show had a shocked look on his face and after the match was put through two tables.
The two out of three falls match between Bryant vs Shamus
It was crazy as Shamus was booed out of the country while Bryant was huge over especially yes chants and the first fall was a very long wrestling match and it ended with Bryant was stepping on Shamus's arm while the other was in the ropes and did not listen to the ref was dq'd. The second was the yes lock match as Bryant had Shamus hurt arm in the yes lock and Shamus passed out given Bryant the second match and the finally match was the bro kick match where Shamus started with a kick and was not able to cover Bryant but later kicked him again and got the pin and the crowd booed the decision.
Them was the second added match where Ryback beat up two jobbers and the most interesting part of this match was that Ryback was being called Goldberg which makes scent as he looks like him and is getting that monster domination over all his opponents.
Next was Punk Vs Jericho where it was about Punk and his family with his sister in the crowd and she even got a slap in on Jericho and Jericho ended up pouring a couple of beers on Punk and the match ended with Punk in a walls of Jericho and Punk got to the ropes and then worked his way to under the ring where he got a fire extinguisher and spayed it of Jericho while still being in the walls. Then they worked their way out of the ring and Jericho was on the Spanish announce table and Punk did an amazing savage elbow and got him back into the ring and throw him into an exposed turnbuckle and then into the gts for the win and then Punk celebrated with his family in the crowd.
If the event ended right there it would off been a great huge event thanks to the crowd but there were two more matches left
Diva title Bella Vs mystery opponent and with the Bellas finished with the WWE they were going to lose the title and with Beth injured and could not wrestle so the Bellas went to the ring and waited and it looked like it was bella vs bella but then McCool's music hit which would be a surprise and would be big enough to not be disappointing not having Kharama come out but instead it was Layla. It was disappointing and she got a neck breaker on a Bella after twim magic did not work and Layla is the new champ bore.
Then was the shock of the night Brock vs Cena as Brock opened Cena up hard way with elbows and it was looking like thing were good to be properly done with Brock destroying Cena but Cena made his Superman comeback and then the WWE decided to cost them huge bucks and have Cena beat Brock which is a disaster for the WWE.
After the main event the event is a complete head scratchier of an event

NBA does not fool around with world peace
The NBA is on top of things again as they have suspended Metta World Peace a.k.a. Ron Artest has been suspended 7 games for a violent elbow to James Harden and he know that someone was there as Harden's arm had brushed his and he loaded up his elbow and without looking at who was there and simply unloaded on him. It showed that NBA does take everything very seriously especially compared to what the NHL has done with their criminals and World Peace deserves the suspension and I was thinking that he would be gone for the first round so having him gone for the first 6 games of the first round so it is still a very strong penalty. If U look at Shea Weber's 2500 dollar for loosing his head by ramming Henrik Zetterberg into the glass and it is similar to World Peace's elbow and it looks like the NBA has set a bench mark and it will make sure that players will continue to follow the rules and will not start having fights or plays like World Peace's actions will not be happening on a NBA basketball.
This suspension is will allow the NBA not to have players needing to meet with NBA office and be punished for their action

The NHL cracks down on Raffi Torres but will it change long-term
So with the 25-game suspension to Raffi Torres the NHL is trying to get tough on player's safety but is it actually as suspending a guy for 25-games who has been in trouble for years and not gotten the point is the easy way out. Torres if he not left his feet in the open ice collision he would of not been suspended and actually did not get punished for taken out Marian Hossa and having Hossa stretchered off and not playing game 4 or 5 and has given the Coyotes knock off the Blackhawks without the Hawks having one of their talent goal scorers in the lineup and is likely not playing game 6 in Chicago which is a must win still down 3-2.
The real question will be what happens next if a talented player loses his mind like Shea Weber did in the Predator's series win against the Red Wings when he throw Henrik Zetterberg into the glass and got 25,000 dollar fine because next time will Brandon Shanahan take the punishment seriously and worry about how it will effect the punishing team. This because in more recent history the team with the player that did the crime ended up coming out on the better end of the deal like when Duncan Keith concussed Daniel Sedin who was sidelined til game 4 of the Kings/Canucks series when the Kings were up 3-0 in the series while Duncan Keith was back for the beginning of the playoffs.
It looks like the Brandon Shanahan looks more at what the condition the injured player is than the actually seriousness of the incident and the seriousness of a suspension should be more effected by the actually incident and not care how it effects the team that the punished player plays for because they should be at a disadvantage for their player doing something stupid.
In the end I do not think that the NHL or Shannahan or both will be willing to take big part of a team long-term because they lost their mind or hit a guy in the head so the players will not take the punishment seriously. It will take the major lawsuits that the NFL is facing to crack down on plays that are not hockey plays but are still not being taken out of the game.
I wish the NHL would look out for the injured players

NHL needs to give tougher penalties to their players in the 2012 playoffs as it is getting out of hand
So it 5 days into the NHL playoffs and the violence on the ice taken control of the playoffs instead of the talented players making talented plays and some series are about to end in four straight in Vancouver and in Pittsburgh are heading to golf club. It started with Shea Weber getting 25,000 dollars fine for pounding Henrik Zetterberg head into the glass and it was bad and Zetterberg helmet was broken in three different places and should of been suspended and Byron Bitz suspended for two games while Carl Hagelin got suspended for three games for getting his elbow high and contacted with Daniel Alfredsson's head and the Rangers do not care about the suspension if Daniel is out for a game or two as that will give them an advantage. Matt Carkner got suspended for a game after going after Brain Boyle who had attacked the Sens Erik Karlsson and if there was stiffer penalties on the ice than the Matt Carkner Innocent does take play.
Lets think about it would the Blackhawks take back Duncan Keith's hit on Daniel Sedin and the 5 game suspension with Daniel Sedin has missed the first three games of the Vancouver/LA series and LA is up 3-0 and is likely to not be playing in game 4 and the Duncan Keith almost signal handily taken the Canucks out of the playoffs. I really think that the Duncan Keith did it on purpose and would not take it back because it helps the Hawks go further in the playoffs as they do not have to play the Canucks.
The NHL need backup for the Flyers/Penguins game 4 because if it gets out of hand something may go horribly wrong and something bad could happen as James Neal had bulleyes on him and got a guy going after his knee and then goes after Claude Giroux and it is not a good thing happening.
The NHL needs to be tougher and take the punishment out of the players hands and give players longer suspension no matter who the player is

TSN radio is a year old now and it has been an interesting year
So a year ago today on April 13th, 2011 TSN radio launched and we were reintroduced to Mike Richards which has been a complete disaster because Richards is not connecting with the sports audience which is the 25+ males but there is a silver lining in that younger males are eating it up huge. The best part of the show is that Matt Cause is on the show and his Sunday morning is awesome and is one of the best shows on the radio. The drive home show of Cybulski and company has good parts in the top 5 @ 5 and Cybulski is a good interviewer and brings a great difference from the Bobcat show has been getting stale and Jim Tatti and Mike Hogan doing updates during the evening show when all the action happens and get sound bites throughout the night of the games of the night and is a good program. Getting Dan Patrick off the radio and put on just before ESPN overnight starts and the Brain Hayes is nothing compared to Tim and Sid on the other network and it was the biggest mistake they did not do in bringing in Tim and Sid to TSN radio.
Even if TSN Radio is nowhere close to what the other guys are doing for ratings but it has brought a totally different kind of sports radio than was in the city before TSN arrived so in the end the listeners have been the big winning in the battle of Sports Radio station. It will be very interesting to see how getting half of the Leafs radio broadcast will help them and on the other hand what will it be like with the enemies receiving the other half and also get the Raptors games on top of that.
They need to bring in someone to do the night shift and take over for ESPN radio and a guy like Mike Toth or Don Landry would be great up against Jeff Sammut and Norm Rumack and if they bring in someone to do the after the morning show to match the Jeff Blair Show.
In the next year or two will be very interesting for TSN Radio who will need to bridge the gap even more

NHL Playoffs start for two Canadian teams while the rest go golfing
Vancouver Canucks - Are right were they are supposed to be right at the top of the NHL standings with home ice all the way through the playoffs and they start with the LA Kings who do one thing very well keep the opponents off the scoreboard thanks to Jonathan Quick who has 10 shutouts this season. The Canucks have a huge injury in Daniel Sedin who is out until farther notice and the Canucks are just going to have to get down and dirty to get the cup while Luongo and SCHNEIDER are going to have to step up their games.
Ottawa Senators - The Sens are the surprise of the season with breakout seasons from guys like Jason Spezza who ended up with 84 points, Erik Karlsson who had more goals with 19 (18), assists 59 (53), and points 78 (71) than he had in his first two seasons with the Sens, and Craig Anderson was back to form after having a really bad season last year where the Avalanche dropped him like a bad habit after he took them to the playoffs the season before that. The Sens will be facing the New York Rangers who have finally got some scoring in front of Henrik Lundqvist with 2.7 goals/game in the regular season so it will be a tough matchup for a team that was supposed to be one of the worst in the league.
Winnipeg Jets - all in all the Jets played very good at home and really held their own in the playoff race and this from a team that moved from Atlanta in the off-season and they missed both EVANDER KANE (8 games) and DUSTIN BYFUGLIEN (16 games) for stretches of the season but lost a lot of their players from time to time. The Jets are in a position to spend some money and make themselves better in the off-season with the only downside will be the travel as they will still be in the Eastern conference and the southern division.
Edmonton Oilers - The Oil are young especially their talented players in Jorden Eberle, Taylor Hall, and RYAN NUGENT-HOPKINS who are the top three points leaders by far on the team and will have a 18.8% chance of getting No.1 in the draft again and will diffidently be in the top 5 but they need to get Hall to tone himself down as he missed a lot of games this season again to injuries (21). It looks like the Oilers Brass will be cleaning out the people in-charge with STEVE TAMBELLINI being most likely out as GM and TOM RENNEY out as coach as well as his assistants ws everybody is at the end of their current contracts so it will be an interesting time in Edmonton this summer.
Calgary Flames - I do not know why the Flames continue to try and sneak into the playoffs year after year as they are only getting older with contracts that simply can not be moved so this off-season they should be looking seriously at getting younger players and using a guy like MIIKKA KIPRUSOFF or maybe it's time to let Jerome roam free and get something for him to make the team stronger in the long run. They eighth team @ 28.3 years old and just 17 mil in cap space and 6 spots to fill and a southern Ontario team maybe looking for a goalie (just saying).
Montreal Cadiens - To say that the 2011-12 season was disaster on and off the ice for the Canadiens is putting it mildly as they send MIKE CAMMALLERI out of town in a cloke of mystery and they fire their head coach and bring in Randy Cunneyworth in an interim basis who does not speak french and then basically say he only here for the rest of the season and then there will be someone new. The Canadiens fired GM Pierre Gauthier a week before the end of the season and the new GM will have a good shot @ the No.1 pick with a 14.1% chance of moving up from 3 - to - 1. The Canadiens got better than expected with MAX PACIORETTY having 33 goals and 65 points to lead the team and DAVID DESHARNAIS had 60 points while Erik Cole lead the team with 35 goals.
Toronto Maple Leafs - The Leafs were looking good after a home win against the Oilers in early February to put them in sixth place and then fall hader than hard as the fans chant "fire Wilson" (which does happen), "fire Burkey" (he may just do that himself this summer", and then got ready for Blue Jays season by chanting "lets go Blue Jays" @ a Leaf game. They got themselves in thick of the lottery hunt and then start winning at the end of the season barely have a chance @ No.1 @ 8.4% so this team can not do anything right as Canadiens can even lose better than the Leafs. They did get good performances from Phil Kessel with 37 goals and 82 point but should of been @ 40 goals as tailed off down the stretch and Joffery Lupul before got hurt was playing extremely well with Kessel and missed 16 games and still had 67 points and 25 goals. Even with such a young team (second youngest in the NHL) it will be hard to get this team into the playoffs because when the going gets tough this team disappears and if Reimer can refocus his game and clear his head (#concussions) it would be a start and maybe Randy Carlyle can get the team playing better D it would be even better.

Wrestle Mania 28 started slow but had very good parts but not enough
So Wrestle Mania 28 was a three match night and it did not start strong as the first hour was almost a commercial for the WWE with a lot of filler in it was four matches with a squash match first for the Smackdown title with Daniel Bryant calling a timeout as the match started and kissed A.J. and as soon as he turned around he meet a Shamus Bro kick for the win 18 seconds and Shamus is the new champ. Kane beat Randy Orton with the idea of Orton trying to get the RKO on Kane and failing every time while Kane was able to get the choke slam on him a couple of times and won the match when both guys where on the top rope and Kane choked slammed Orton for the pin. Then it was time for Big Show Big moment where he beat Cody Rhodes for the title and after the match Show cried and was come over the emotion and kissed his wife at ringside before leaving the ringside and going backstage. Then it was time for the Divas match which came down to Maria Menounos being tagged in and Phoenix had control and Kelly came in and helped her and Maria through Phoenix into the ropes and came off and Maria rolled her up for the pin. There was a lot of boring stuff during the matches after Bryant/Shamus match where they had a huge YES chant for Bryant and during the other matches they had Daniel Bryant chants and YES chants throughout when the fans got bored.
The Second hour was the Undertaker/triple H hour with all the entrances of all three guys with Undertakers stripe in the middle of his head got a great reaction and he had control of the match early inside and outside of the ring and then Trips used chairs and then sledgy and it was HBK who wanted to stop the match and Trips told him to stop the match or he will kill him. Taker told him to not and HBK super kicked him into a pedigy for a two count and Undertaker had both trips and HBK in the dragon sleeper and they took a lot out of them and it came down to Undertaker getting a chair and stopped Trips from getting sledgy and hit him with it and trips ended up using Taker to lift himself up and Undertaker did the throat slash and the tombstone for the win and at the end Taker and HBK carried Trips to the back.
The third hour had the 12 man tag team match which ended with Ryder in control of Miz and was setting up for the rough ryder and Eve came in the ring to get ready for it but instead the Ref turned his back and so did Ryder who both wanted Eve out of the ring and Miz hit the Stone Crushing finale for the win and Johnny Ace was very excited. After the match Ryder and Eve were talking and Ryder got up and faced Eve who low blowed him and left the ring and looked back at Ryder from the top of the ramp.
The second half of the hour was Punk/Jerico with Ace saying just before the match that if Punk was DQ he would lose the title and the beginning of the match was Punk trying to get under his skin to the point that Punk got a chair and Jerico said hit me, hit me and Pyunk throw the chair away. The later part of the match was both guys getting out of each others moves and it came down to Punk in the walls and he turned out of it and put on the anaconda device and had to do it a couple of times before having Jerico tap out.
The final hour started with Brody Clay came out and called his mamma who came our and danced with her bridge club which lead into the concert that took a long long time indeed.
The main event did not start hot with each guy feeling out the other and then it got hot with a lot of good moves and by the end they were gasping for air and for time and it ended with Cena decided to go for Rock elbow instead of the five knuckle shuffle and Rock got up and gave him a Rock bottom for the win just before 11 O'clock.
The theater I was at there were a mix cena and rock fans and they had a heated lets go cena/cena sucks chant and were hot for a lot of stuff and in the end I was buried out by all the filler so for me it was a thumbs in the middle. Also the theaters in Toronto need to diffidently not have a movie right before the event as there were a few hundred people waiting in line between 30 minutes to over a hour and it sucked huge.
Brock was not there but will be on TV tomorrow

Brock Lesner is @ Wrestle Mania 28 to setup his Wrestle Mania moment
So the rumors are true that Brock Lesner is in south beach and has signed with the WWE to have another Wrestle Mania moment but this years Wrestle Mania is only to setup next years Wrestle Mania where he will be in the main event against the Undertaker in a match that most people where thinking was going to be at Wrestle Mania 27 last year after Undertaker and Lesner got heated after a UFC event over a year ago. So tonight Brock may try and interfere in the Hell in the Cell match and fail but he will diffidently be at Monday Night Raw tomorrow and will talk about wanting the Undertaker and the Undertaker will come out and they will go noise to noise with people in-between as Raws goes off the air and it will be the most watched Raw in recent history.
It will be put in place tomorrow but neither of them will be around again until the Royal Rumble at least at which time Brock will cost the undertaker his chance for a title shot @ Wrestle Mania and then after that they will get really real about each other and it will get very heated for what is mostly likely Brock's last Wrestling match in the shadows of the Big Apple @ the Metlife Stadium.
Brock Lesner will be getting somewhere between 4 and 6 million dollars for his final match and he will probably bring back Paul Haymen and maybe even Sable
