NBA Trade deadline - Celtics gets really small while Baron Davis going to the worst team for a second

Celtics trade Kendrick Perkins and Nate Robinson to the Thunder for Jeff Green and Nenad Krstic in a very surprising trade with Jeff Green and Nenad Krstic are smaller Kendrick Perkins who is a unrestricted free agent in the off-season and the Celtics players are not happy with the trading of Perkins. This deal will make the Thunders tougher and Jeff Green can be tendered a contract in the off-season which means the Celtics Brass is looking beyond this season even though it is one of their last big chance to pick up a tittle.

Baron Davis goes from being in the car for Griffen's final dunk in the dunk off on Saturday night to heading to the worst team in the NBA the Cavs and a head coach Byron Scotthave had theirs issues and a first round draft pick (10-15 probably). while the Clippers get Lebron's mother's favorite basketball player other than Lebron himself Mo Williams (the two may or may not have dated when Lebron was on the Cavs) along with former Raptor extra piece Jamario Moon. The Cavs get a middle of the pack first round pick to help rebuild and a little cap reliefs when they buy out Baron Davis and he lands in a place like south beach with the 3 kings.

The Atlanta Hawks finally got the message which is that the top of the Eastern Conference is really good and they are really average beating up on the lesser likes so they traded ike Bibby, Jordan Crawford, Maurice Evans, and a first round draft pick for a veteran role player in Kirk Hinrich and Hilton Armstrong a bench guy so the Hawks lose some of their starts in like Bibby who has had his numbers drop off but so has Hinrich this season and Evans who started 12 games this season.

Portland Trail Blazers get Gerald Wallace and gave up Joel Przybilla and Dante Cunningham along with two first round draft picks to the Bobcats which is a salary dump for the Bobcats while Gerald Wallace will be with the Trail Blazers for like three seasons at big bucks but the Bobcats got 2 first draft picks which is always a good thing to get.

Rockets trade Shawn Battier to the Grizzlies for Hasheem Thabeet and a first round draft pick so the Rockets like the first round pick while picking up Hasheem Thabeet who was a second overall in 2009 and has not panned out and I guess that the Grizzlies are looking for big things from Shawn Battier who is a Unrestricted free agent so they will have to resign him or it is a horrific trade.

Thanks
