Ted Nolan back in Buffalo and is going to raise hell

Ted Nolan who had two seasons behind the Sabres bench in the '95-'96 and '96-'97 seasons when he was named NHL coach of the year in 1997 but his fall out with Hart and Vezina Trophies winner Dominik Hasek in the playoff and was sent packing. Laid low for a decade until he landed on the Island with the Islanders taken them to the playoff in the '06-'07 season and had the same identical record in 96-97 and 06-07 with a record of 40-30-12. 5 years after his last time behind a NHL bench he will take over a team 1-8-1 at home after winning a shootout competition to pick up their first victory at home and an overall league worst 4-15-1 record and he will bring in his tough noise approach will shake up things in Buffalo and they will leave everything on the ice or they will be sitting in the press box. So they will be playing harder and will pick-up more victories and with his shelve is not going to be very long as his tough noise approach is not long lasting but will be successful short-term as interim head coach and maybe then full-time head coach. Along with Nolan the Sabres bring back one of the famous players in franchise history Pat Lafontaine has comeback after his career ended prematurely in 1998 when he was with the New York Rangers thanks to concussions and since than has dabbled in the front office with the Islanders for 6 weeks and the Rangers TV broadcasts since 2010 will now be the team president of hockey operations. His first assignment will be figure out to get the elevator working so long time announcer Rick Jeanneret does not have to be in-between the benches calling the play-by-play with a hockey helmet on during last night victory over the Kings were the Kings forward Jordan Nolan paid a visit as he body checked into him and said hi but did not give the scoop that his dad would be the next coach of the Sabres. After that he will be looking to help find the next GM of the team as Darcy Regier who was finally fired as GM as the last 90's and early turn of the century is a long time ago. The new GM when found will have a very important job to do as he will need to figure out the trade market for Ryan Miller who has worn out his welcome in Buffalo and is an unrestricted free agent and get as much as possible for him except he has no trade clause as he can say that he will not play for 8 teams. Miller maybe to the Flyers (I hear they have been looking for a goalie for 25 years( Tom Mehegan
