Bieber and Carly Ray performing at the Grey Cup

On November 25, 2012 the Grey Cup will be turning 100 years old and the CFL in their biggest of the season are going to celebrate in style with a 30-minute half-time who is who of Canadian music at centre field. The list of performers is the one and only Justin Bieber, who was born in London, Ontario and grow up in stratford, Ontario which quite close to the site of the 100TH Grey Cup game being played at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario. He will be also join by Carly Ray Jepsen from Mission, British Columbia who has been on tour with Bieber for a while now and both will be putting on a concert a week later at The Air Canada Centre which is down the road from the Rogers Centre so they are both coming in a week early to be a part of the big Canada music/sports celebration. Also on at halftime will be Canadian Music Icon will also be performing at halftime along with Marianas Trench whose lead singer helped Carly Ray write her first studio album and the group is also from British Columbia as they are from Vancouver. For the pregame warmup acts they have setup Burton Cummings a Canadian Icon from Winnipeg, Manitoba and the only performer not born in Canada is Johnny Reid who has grown up in Canada. It maybe a mess trying to get four acts on and off the stage in about 25 minutes and maybe a couple will be moved up to before kickoff as there is way more time to perform before the game as the gates will likely open in the 4 or 4:30 time slot for a 6:30 kickoff. In the end after the last Grey Cup in Toronto five years ago was headlined by Lenny Kavitz it diffidently a big improvement as that part of celebration left me lacking a lot and I will enjoy the music more this time around.
