New York Rangers should start new without sather

So Glenn Sather who has done very little except the boss's and a lot of it in that since he joined the Rangers Organization in 2000 and it has been big contract and bust through out his time like a nice 35 and a quarter million to Chris Drury here and 39 million to Wade Redden there and then another 37.5 million to Marián Gáborík not to forget thr whapping 58.5 million to Brad Richards. These four guys the first three all on 5 year deals for one reason or another ended up retiring early (Drury), spend more time in the minors than in the NHL (Redden), and injured more often than healthy and then trade because he did not fit the team (Gáborík), Then there is sir Richards pn whapping 9 year deal and when the Rangers needed him the moat in the playoffs they could find him in the press box as he was a healthy scratch and the newest and the biggest was Rick Nash who was trade to the RANGERS for Artem Anisimov, Brandon Dubinsky, Tim Erixon and a 2013 first round draft pick who went to Columbus and it was close at times that Columbus would be msking it into the NHL playoffs for the second time in franchise history in the East and the Rangers out in the West, So with Nash just finishing his third year of a eight year deal paying him 63.4 million and him and the likes of Richards struggled wish 5 points for Nash and Richards a staggering one point and one of the best goalie's in the world Henrik Lundqvist behind them and with a little help he would take them a long way. Glenn Sather made a great draft pick in his first draft with the Rangers picking up King Henrik with the 205 pick in the 2000 draft but then not able to get dudes to put around him. So it diffidently time him to take a step back and let someone new come in and pick their own head coach and build differently because build in draft like the five teams still standing in the playoffs LA,Chiago,Detroit,Pittsburgh,Boston have make brilliant trades to become a cup contender. Lets also remember that building a team around the likes of Wayne Gretzky, Mark Messier and Paul Coffey is pretty sim[le and winning win 5 Stanley Cups and he still living off those cups like Kevin Lowe is trying to do in Edmonton Tom Mehegan
