UFC 140 in Toronto is still not sold out even though they just sold out over 50,000 seats very quickly last March for UFC 129 @ the Rogers Centre they still have tickets available for this Saturday's event at the much smaller Air Canada Centre that holds about 20,000 seats including the floor seats. Now today the world has learned that George St. Pierre will be on the sidelines for 10 month healing his ACL that he recently blow out training to put the loud mouth chump Nick Diaz in his place during a Superbowl weekend event on February 4th, 2012 the night before the big game which will mean he will miss almost all of 2012 just recovering from the blown ACL and most likely the first quarter of 2013 getting prepared for his next match. It might be a completely different UFC and GSP will be a year and a half older and just simply look at Brock Lesner who has been sidelined a couple of times with a mystery alignment that he has not full comeback from and GSP will be almost 32 years old and maybe a tiny bit rusty.
So in his place Dana White has put Carlos Condit against Nick Diaz for the interim UFC welterweight title and it will be hard for Condit to shut up Diaz as he has won 11 straight matches in the last three and a half years being the likes of B.J. Penn, Paul Daley, and Hayato Sakurai and Diaz does not like only running his mouth outside the ring but beating up his opponents in the cage. Carlos Condit besides a split decision to Jake Ellenberger he has won with ease in his four match winning streak and if the UFC is lucky than it will be a great match otherwise the UFC will be struggling to put together dream match that will bring in the big bucks.
The future of the UFC is extremely uncertain
