The San Antonio Spurs are a very veteran players who have 4 rings while OKC Thunder are talented players looking for their first ring.
The Spurs went through the Jazz and Clippers like hot knife through butter and really have not been challenge yet while the Thunder had big comebacks vs the Lakers and not even Kobe was not able to will his team to win a game or even the series.
The Spurs have 4 players in double digits in points lead by Tony Parker who has 19.1 points and 7.1 assists while Tim Duncan has been putting up 17.6 points and 9 boards a game along with Manu Ginobili (11.3 points) and Danny Green (10.4 points). The Spurs have given up 88.8 a game in their 8 straight playoff wins which going back into the regular season has won their last 18 games and are working as a team and has been working as fine oiled machine since Tim Duncan arrived for the 1997-98 regular season.
While the Thunder are lead by Kevin Durant who has put up 26.7 points and 8.1 rebounds and Russell Westbrook who has 24.1 points while he had 4.7 rebounds and 4.4 assists and it is looking like it is a two man team but they are very good talent players and they have put up 50.8% of the teams 100 points a game over 9 playoff games while given up 91.9 points a game which is 3 points more than the Spurs.
I believe that the Spurs experience will better the young and talented Thunder and Greg Popovich will come up with a great game plan to frustrate the big two of the Thunder and with a week off for both teams the Spurs can handle the layoff much better than the younger Thunder will handle it.
It will be a good series that will start on Sunday
